Yeah it hangs out there. I didn`t want to cut the bonnet and the budget would not allow a custom radiator. I hope to change it down the track with something smaller or relocate it.

Well heres whats hapened so far. Front end is done, bonnet , screen, bar and lights.

Now onto the engine. Got the intake fitted up, it just needs a few adjustments to clamp it down. Runnig out of room under there now. Thats another thing ticked off the to do list.

The TO DO list is now as follows.

mount radiator overflow
paint and clamp on intake
mount oil pressure switch
bleed brakes again
bleed radiator
go over whole car make sure i have used 2500 cable ties and everything is tight.

then DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE.

You forgot a few things on your list

Take photos and post updates
Come over so we can make a bigger wiring box

Well here`s what got done today. First thing had to drop the coffee machine in to get repaired - most important job. Then started on the buggy, had to fab a bracket to hold the afm to stop it bouncing round.

Bracket done. Didn`t paint it as i am going to put a brace on, should strengthen it up.

Gave the intake a coat of paint and bolted it all up. Also mounted the oil pressure switch and tidys up some of the wiring around the back of the motor. Tomorrow is the radiator overflow and also adj the clutch, which i forgot about. I can almost feel the the wind battered face again.
