Well all but done now, time to do some neighbourhood laps to make sure everything is working the way it should. Finished off the last couple of to do`s today, radiator overflow and when wifey got home bleed the brakes. Will post more pics hopefully tomorrow, dam rain stopped and have to work. Get it out of the shed and give it a quick wash. 4yrs of dust and grim don`t look good.

Much happier now after the day we started it at your place, lets say i was a tad worried. Alot more toe than the type4 i was running judging by the two trenches i have leading up to the shed now.

Yes I did take it for a spin friday arvo, had relo`s up from sydney for the weekend so we have been entertaining. So back to the first drive. Just took an easy trip around a few side streets, nothing grinding or knocking good sign. Return home with big smile, then let the wife go for a quick spin even she likes how it now drives. I need to adj the gear shift rod as it is still a bit tricky to find 1st & 2nd.

Now it was time for a bit more than 1st and 2nd gear driving. Headed out to the frond of the estate we live in, it has a nice flat long stretch. Open it up and wow, very happy with how it runs as i remembered i had no back number plate on. Makes the last nine months getting to this stage well worth it. I am getting out the polish tomorrow and will post some pics of it finished.

Yeah it was in your shed for quite sometime. I hope a good polish will bring it back, having a close look at it there are a few marks over it.

Did a few more longer trips today, still very very happy. Sorted the gear shift tube out today, still may need some minor adjustments. Will see how it goes after a bit more driving, might just be that the box is still a bit tight.

Didn`t get to polish it today but did take some better picks. Time to put some km`s on it now.
