Replacment shifter bush

Postby sjmclean » Wed Dec 16, 2015 12:12 pm

Anyone used one of these ?
Brass replacement bush for plastic crap shifter bush held in with a circlip seems like a good idea .
If someone has the technology to make it here i would think its a winner .
From http://www.ev4unow.com/BugKitParts.html
Bit expensive with U/S dollar but would be cheaper if someone made it here wish i had a lathe .
Any ideas ?

I wouldn't bother it will have issue as the front bush needs to be a little shock absorber to isolate rattles. That baby has rattles written all over it
