Hydraulic clutch set-ups

Postby Vduboy » Thu Oct 17, 2013 7:07 pm

Hi Guys and Girls, wondering if I can get people to post up some pics of their hydraulic clutch set-ups (the pedal end) Trying to decide to put the master cylinder in the tunnel, or on the opposite side of the brake (other side of the tunnel) or maybe even above the brake master cylinder with some funky bracketry.. Cheers for the help!
It will all be ok in the end.. if is not ok its not the end!

Here are some photos from buggyfest, I'm not sure who's car they are of. Clutch master cylinder is mounted where the brake used to be and arm is welded to the clutch pedal. Clutch master is single circuit brake master cylinder. Brake master is remounted and mount moved on brake pedal.

There is also a system which puts the brake master cylinder inside the tunnel but a friend that used one had to totally redo the mountings.

I really like the look of that setup. Don't know if it'll work with my lift kit tho as it is only a two inch. Ill dummy it up tomorrow and figure it out. It's that or ill set up my own inside the tunnel I guess. Cheers for the pics mate.

http://www.pacificcustoms.com/cnc264sbrr34.html I like the look of this as well.. might be a bit of dicking around to mount it to the glass with some decent supporting brackets though.
