Legal custom wheels/offset

Postby Vduboy » Wed Feb 11, 2015 7:36 pm

Hi guys, wondering if anyone can steer me in the direction of someone who can supply/make wheels in Sydney (or thereabouts) in a VW 4x130 PCD but with the correct offsets as not to piss off the engineer?
Just got my 6 inch vw wheels back from the 'fabricator' after having the offsets corrected and they are wobbly as all &$#!@#! easy 10mm of runout, and they were straight when I sent them to him... :grind:
So trying to get them repaired but if they are stuffed then I will need another solution.
Any clues are much appreciated!
It will all be ok in the end.. if is not ok its not the end!

Mate I've got some VW mag wheels & tyres for sale which were on my buggy until recently.
No idea of offset but they're 7" wide x 4.

Pics in the for sale section.

Cheers

Hi Nathan, this is where you are hiding now.

I got my rims from Koya wheels in Brisbane. They have 2 styles in a 15", avalible in 6 1/2 and 7 1/2". Whatever offset and stud pattern you want.

I have +20 front and 0mm offset on mine, cost me $1024 delivered to my door with nuts and centercaps.

Hahaha haven't been hiding just had nothing to post! Buggy is going good! I had a look through their site a while ago when I was looking for wheels, I couldn't find any 15's in 4 x 130 pcd, and did shoot them a email but never got a reply.. Probably should have called them instead.
Might have got put in the too hard basket, I really should have just changed the stud pattern while I was fitting new discs...
