Manta? - Autobahn Lawnton 18.8.12

Postby jacko » Mon Aug 20, 2012 9:38 am

Hey everyone,

I was out at Lawnton on Saturday buying a Uni joint for my XY falcon which was broken down on the side of the road.

I went to Autobahn to pick up the part and what was on display in the shop!!!

Do you think he has enough air horns????

WOW... Not keen on colour but quality looks good. How many Manta's Are out there ? Those rear tires look a little wide . Would be good to see the build on it.

That engine lid is a clever idea.

The guy who owns it is called Brian, he lives in Bracken Ridge not far from me. It was built to cruise summernat, not to be registered, but I don't think he would have to change much.
He also has an extremely modified Eureka Purvis he is building (commodore V6 engine) and a Carmann Ghia which he has a Porshe efi 6 to jam into it.
All under his house, and everythingnis built at home.
